Red Flag Warning Issued For Boulder County
"Avoid any burning or outdoor activities that may cause sparks," the National Weather Service said in an alert.
BOULDER COUNTY, CO — The National Weather Service has issued another red flag warning for the Front Range foothills. The warning will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday for Boulder, Jefferson, Douglas, Broomfield, Clear Creek and Gilpin counties.
A red flag warning is issued when there are critical fire weather conditions.
Humidity could reach as low as 8 percent, and winds are expected to gust between 15 and 25 mph, but could gust up to 45 mph, weather officials said.

"Conditions will be conducive to the rapid spread of new fires," the weather alert reads.
"Probability of ignition will increase. Avoid any burning or outdoor activities that may cause sparks, and abide by established fire restrictions."
