Boulder residents can expect a breezy Friday, with a northwest wind between 5 and 10 mph, but that will increase to between 12 and 17 mph by the afternoon, the weather service said. Winds could gust up to 30 mph.
New snow accumulation of less than half an inch is possible — Boulder needs one-tenth of an inch for the accumulation to be considered measurable.
