The system will blow in Saturday afternoon, bringing snow and freezing temperatures.

BOULDER, CO -- Don't be lulled into complacency when temperatures hit the mid-50s this morning – snow and a deep freeze are just a few hours away. Temperatures will dip sharply overnight with snow beginning around midnight, and the National Weather Service has issued hazardous weather warnings across the county.
Tonight's lows will be in the mid-20s, with 1-3 inches of snow expected. Sunday, temperatures will top out at a frigid 29 degrees with lows falling into the teens on Sunday. Snow will continue throughout the day with another 2-4 inches of accumulation anticipated.
Accumulation will be higher for northwest areas of the county, and Longmont has already issued warning for residents, asking everyone to use caution in hazardous conditions. Areas near the foothills could see up to 10 inches of snow over the next 48 hours.
