2 Colorado Restaurants Make NYT List Of 50 Most Exciting

The New York Times compiled a list of the top 50 places to eat across the country and two Colorado restaurants made the cut.

COLORADO — Based on flavor, vibrance, and a ranking to reflect the rich mosaic of American dining, the New York Times has named two Colorado restaurants in the top 50 places to eat across the country.

The first is Boulder-based, "Frasca Food And Wine," a 17-year-old Italian restaurant. The second restaurant is Denver's, "Incubator," which the Times writes has a mission of training women refugees and immigrants in the industry. The menu varies and there's been Syrian, Ethiopian and more on the menu, write the Times.

Topping the Times' list is Fish Lonja, out of San Antonio, with a Mexican and coastal cities flair, and ranging all the way to Jones' Bar-B-Q Diner out of Marianna, Arkansas, which is one of the oldest continuously operated Black-owned businesses in the country.
