Caught On Video: Spray-Paint Vandal Sought By Denver Police

Police are looking for the driver of an SUV who got out of his car and spray-painted a house on Fillmore Street.

DENVER, CO – Denver police and Metro Denver Crime Stoppers are seeking the identity of a man who allegedly drove up in a tan colored SUV, spray painted a house and drove away. A $2,000 reward is being offered for information identifying the vandal. Police released images of the car.

Police said on Mar. 2, 2019, at around 6:25 p.m.., an unknown male driving the vehicle pictured spray painted a house in the 3600 block of North Fillmore Street. The man was described as "heavy set" with a "noticeable gait."

The SUV caught on video was a "light in color Chevrolet Suburban or GMC Yukon," from the years 2000-2006. The vehicle had "bright blue LED headlights and the rear license plate appears to be affixed to the bumper rather than to the rear lift gate," police said.
