Coors Field To Allow Fans Back In Stadium At 25% Capacity
The Rockies got approval to welcome fans back into Coors Field under a capacity cap.

DENVER, CO — The Colorado Rockies were approved for a variance that allows fans back into Coors Field.
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment approved the variance, which will allow 12,500 fans into the stadium on opening day — 25% of the stadium's capacity.
The Rockies will begin the season at home against the Los Angeles Dodgers April 1.

"To create a safe and healthy experience for fans, players and staff, the Rockies have implemented all required CDPHE, CDC and MLB policies and guidelines," the team said in a statement.
"The Rockies and CDPHE will continue to monitor the conditions, with the hope of safely adding to the capacity number in the future."
