Denver Cat Convention To Include Yoga, Celebrity Cats, Adoptions
Celebrating "Everything cats, art and music," the first Snowcats Cat Convention comes to the EXDO Event Center in Denver.
DENVER, CO – More than 3,000 cat lovers and their pets are expected to attend the Snowcats Cat Convention, Denver's first annual gathering of fans of fuzzy felines, this weekend at Denver's EXDO Event Center.
Billing itself as celebrating "everything cats, art and music," the gathering invites cat owners to bring the cats themselves (but they have to register here.)
Snowcats Cat Convention is the brainchild of Denver catnip vintner Brandon Zavala, who came up with a mixture of liquid catnip and beet juice that his company sells across the world as Apollo Peak Cat Wine. Zavala said he wanted to make a place "outside the online world" that would bring cat people together.
