5280 Burger Bar Opens at Colorado Mills this Thursday

5280 Burger Bar is expanding its homegrown footprint. The popular restaurant opens at Colorado Mills on Thursday, April 6, adding the Lakewood spot to its existing Westminster (4301 Main Street) and flagship Denver Pavilions (500 16th Street) locations.

The new Colorado Mills location will offer the all-natural, handcrafted burgers, a stellar draft list and inventive cocktails fans of the restaurant love. It also will have an in-house custard shop with Mix-Ups - creamy custards swirled with cookie bits, nuts, candies and more made onsite - and boozy Shaketinis for the grown ups.

Head in during grand opening week and your burger and fries could benefit a great cause. From April 6-13, 20% of your total check will be donated to the Foothills Animal Shelter when you mention wanting to support the fundraiser.

5280 Burger Bar Colorado Mills will open at 11am every day and is located across the hall from its sister restaurant Guapo Taco.
