Since opening its doors in late-fall, Guapo Taco has been drawing in visitors to Colorado Mills. Pulled in by the scent of grilled steak, griddled chorizo and flame-kissed corn ribs, the taco spot has become the top spot for fueling up before, during or after a day of shopping at the mall.

In addition to unique taco combinations - we're looking at you, Burger Taco - Guapo Taco has a stellar cocktail program. The bar is stocked with smoky mezcals and delicious tequilas to enjoy in expertly-crafted margaritas or the house favorite Piña Ahumada, a cocktail featuring Espolon Reposado tequila, Union mezcal, pineapple, firewater tincture, lime juice and agave nectar, and finished table side with an infusion of (literal) smoky flavor.
