Lakewood 40 West Artists Displayed At Colorado Mills

LAKEWOOD, CO – While doing some last-minute shopping at Lakewood's Colorado Mills mall, be sure to check out the sculptures around the mall created by artists in Lakewood's 40West Arts District.

Artists from the Colfax collective had decorated the mall with dozens of sculptures and the pièce de résistance –a massive mural from Denver artist Katy Casper. You can find it in the mall's "Neighborhood 2" across from Victoria's Secret.

While you're in the mood for holiday shopping, check out some of the affiliated 40West businesses that support Lakewood's artists, such as the 40West Gallery at 1560 Teller Street, or the Gallery of Everything, a collection of crazy curiosities at 6719 W. Colfax.
