• Driver arrested in Lakewood school bus crash involving wrestling team (denverpost.com) — Lakewood residents should know that police have arrested a 22-year-old Denver man in connection with the Dec. 6 school bus crash at Kipling Street and West Sixth Avenue that injured members of Central High School’s wrestling team. Investigators say speed is believed to be a major factor, several victims remain hospitalized, and the suspect now faces multiple vehicular assault and child abuse charges.
