Scavenger Hunt Celebrates Lakewood's 50th Birthday

LAKEWOOD, CO – As part of Lakewood's 50th birthday year, the organizers at Lakewoodtogether.org have set up a Lakewood historical scavenger hunt.

The hunt takes you on a tour through the city's historic past with visits to historic homes, farms, a restaurant (still in business 50 years later!), a cemetery and more.

Follow the clues to find nine different locations, then take a selfie, drop and drag the pin on the MAP and move onto the next location. To receive a prize, you must submit a photo at the location.

Use the hashtag #Lakewood50 to let your friends in on the fun.

After you complete and post a photo from three, six, or all nine locations, please email kaigau@lakewood.org) to receive your prize.
