Teens Nabbed In Lakewood In Connection With Arkansas Shooting
Haylee Nicole Stewart and a juvenile are being held in connection with the close-range shooting of another teen in Bryant, Arkansas.

LAKEWOOD, CO – Two teens-on-the-run were arrested in Lakewood this weekend and are being held in connection with the close-range shooting of a 19-year-old boy in Bryant, Arkansas.
Haylee Nicole Stewart, 19, and another unnamed male juvenile, 17, were arrested by Lakewood police agents on March 16, 2019 after being on the run for more than a week.
Police in Bryant said Stewart and the teen were suspects in the March 5 early-morning shooting of Brandon Graves, 18. Graves was found by police in his bed around 1:30 a.m. with a gunshot wound to the head, local media reported. Graves was airlifted to a local hospital with serious injuries, police said.

Local police said Stewart and the other teen took off in a 2010 silver Chevrolet Malibu, which was spotted by law enforcement agents in Lakewood Saturday.
Stewart is being held on no bond as a fugitive of justice, according to online JeffCo Sheriff jail rosters.

The juvenile faces charges of first-degree battery and aggravated assault. Stewart and the juvenile both face charges of tampering with evidence, police said.
