Avon Community Invited To Celebrate Special Grant Recipients
The Avon Greater Together Community Fund will host a special celebration next week to honor 11 grant recipients who help the town.
AVON, CT — The Avon Greater Together Community Fund at the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving is inviting members of the public to a free celebration recognizing its 11 2025 grant recipients and their work serving the Avon community.
The event will take place at the Avon Free Public Library’s Community Room, 281 Country Club Road, Avon, on Tuesday, Sept. 29, from 6 to 8 p.m.
Attendees will hear from members of the Avon Greater Together Community Fund Committee, meet the 2025 grant recipients, and enjoy conversation and networking.

The Avon Greater Together Community Fund Advisory Committee supports the community in addressing the needs in Avon.
