"The bicyclist suffered only minor injuries, though the driver evaded the scene," wrote the APD. "The victim does not recall much information about the vehicle, but knows an elderly female was walking in the area who witnessed the incident."

Police said they are hoping the woman who witnessed the incident will see this.
