On Wednesday at approximately 11 p.m., the Avon Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched to the parking lot at 255 West Main St., where an asphalt sealer had caught fire. Engines 7, 10, 11, and 14, as well as Brush 15 and Fire Police responded.
