Father's Avon Financial Firm Merges With Daughter's Company

AVON, CT — A local financial advisory company announced last week it has merged with another firm in a transaction that also unites a father with his daughter in business.

Asset Strategies, Inc., an Avon-based financial advisory firm at 80 West Avon Road, announced it has merged under the banner of Siena Private Wealth, a member of Advisory Services Network, LLC.

The combination unites the experience of Asset Strategies' founder, Alan Rothstein, with the passion and community focus of Siena Private Wealth, led by Rothsteine's daughter, Marisa Rothstein.

"I am thrilled to be partnering with my daughter, Marisa, and the incredible team at Siena," said Alan Rothstein. "Over the past 25 years, I have built Asset Strategies on a foundation of honest, compassionate financial advice, and I know that legacy will continue under Siena's leadership.

Marisa Rothstein, who launched Siena Private Wealth in 2019, celebrated the merger.
