Got Any Good Pictures? Avon Wants To See Them
The Town of Avon is seeking publicly submitted photos/images to adorn the town's social media as well as online/print publications.
AVON, CT — If you're good at taking pictures with a camera (or a phone), the Town of Avon is looking for some help.
That's because the town has issued a call from the public to submit photos of all things Avon.
Those images will be used on town publications (both print and online) as well as on social media.

It represents a chance to have your work immortalized for all residents to see.
"Once again, we are looking for creating perspectives on the seasons, landscapes, landmarks, flora and fauna, community spirit, or anything else that showcases the best of Avon to feature on our website, social media accounts, and in our print publications," wrote town officials recently.

The town is especially looking for landscape-oriented photos, but it welcomes any portrait-oriented shots as well.
