Berlin Arrests: Forgery, Operating Under the Influence; Larceny

Feb. 20:
- James Pasciolla, 34, of Summerhill Road, Wallingford. Charges: operating under the influence; failure to obey a traffic control signal.
Feb. 23:
- Quaron Lauray, 28, of Glen Street, Berlin. Charge: second-degree failure to appear in court.
Feb. 24:
- Mancel Lomba, 30, of Wall Street, Meriden. Charges: operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating under suspension; two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
- Megan DeJesus, 29, of New Hampshire Drive, New Britain. Charges: two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
- Johnny Cruz Jr., 19, of Stanley Street, New Britain. Charges: possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana less than a half-ounce; failure to drive in proper lane; traveling too fast for conditions; operating without a license; operating under the influence.
- Kayla Torres, 25, of Atwood Avenue, Waterbury; Charges: insufficient insurance; failure to register a commercial motor vehicle; failure to drive reasonable distance apart; refusal to submit to chemical test.
Feb. 26:
- Angeliz Nieves, 20, of Hillside Street, East Hartford. Charge: sixth-degree larceny.
Feb. 27:
- Gilbert Sanchez, 41, of Day Street, New Britain. Charge: sixth-degree larceny.
Feb. 29:
- Shawn Copeland, 30, of Cleveland Street, Hartford. Charges: second-degree failure to appear in court; fifth-degree larceny - embezzlement; third-degree forgery.
