Berlin Business Sells Winning $100K Lottery Ticket

A man is $100,000 richer after he bought a winning lottery ticket at a Kensington store, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

BERLIN, CT — A Berlin liquor store recently sold a $100,000 winning lottery ticket, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

Top Shelf Liquors in Kensington sold the winning Cash 5 ticket, which was purchased by Jatin Mistry of Glastonbury on May 5.

The liquor store is the second Berlin business to sell a winning lottery ticket this week: On Tuesday, Berlin resident Giuseppe Fiducia also won $100,000 after buying a ticket from the Berlin Convenience & Deli in East Berlin.
