Berlin PD Seeks Two Women As It Probes Serious Motorcycle Crash: BPD

The Berlin PD is still looking for the occupants of a white Toyota Rav-4 seen on surveillance near the accident.

BERLIN, CT — Local police said the condition of the man badly hurt in a motorcycle collision last week in Berlin has improved slightly as the investigation into what happened continues.

Tuesday, police said they are still trying to locate the occupants of the white Toyota Rav-4 SUV captured on surveillance images near the March 13 motorcycle vs. car crash on Farmington Avenue at the Stop & Shop driveway.

Police Tuesday released surveillance images of two women who are believed to have been inside the Toyota.

"This vehicle was a non-contact vehicle present when the crash occurred and we are looking to speak to the two women pictured below who were witnesses to the crash," wrote the BPD Tuesday morning.

Police said the operator of the motorcycle, a 34-year-old Middletown man survived the crash but is still in serious condition at Hartford Hospital. He was initially in critical condition.
