BERLIN, CT — Berlin police arrested four people on April 27 as part of a statewide initiative.

Ninety-nine Connecticut police departments served outstanding arrest warrants on that day through the initiative, which was called "Operation Penalty Box."

Through their operation, Berlin police arrested the following people:

  • Nathalie Borriello, 23, of Meriden was charged with evading responsibility, failure to insure private motor vehicle and suspended registration
  • Thomas Connors 38, of Newington was charged with illegal operation under the influence.
  • David Rodriguez 60, of Berlin was charged with second-degree threatening
  • Steven Roman 25, of Hartford was charged with first-degree threatening
