Berlin Police Subject of Nutmeg Public Access Television Series

'To Serve and Protect' is a series that will focus on the work that the men and women of the Berlin PD do everyday.

Starting Sunday night, local residents can get an inside look at the work performed everyday by members of the Berlin Police Department.

In partnership with Nutmeg Public Access Television, the department will be the focus of a six-episode series of informational programs called “To Serve and Protect”.

These programs will showcase a number of the special services and programs offered to the community by the Berlin Police Department. Topics such as DARE, School Resource Officer, Special Needs Registry and the Emergency Notification Systems.

The broadcast dates for “To Serve & Protect” are:

  • Sundays at 8 p.m.
  • Tuesdays 8:30 p.m. (Main Timeslot)
  • Thursdays 2:30 p.m.
  • Fridays 9 a.m.

The programs can be viewed on Comcast Channel 5, uVerse Channel 99 (public), and streaming live or On Demand on Nutmeg TV’s website.
