Starting Sunday night, local residents can get an inside look at the work performed everyday by members of the Berlin Police Department.In partnership with Nutmeg Public Access Television, the department will be the focus of a six-episode series of informational programs called "To Serve and Protect". These programs will showcase a number of the special services and programs offered to the community by the Berlin Police Department.
