Berlin Senior Center Hosting Event To Improve Memory

The program, set for Tuesday, March 25, will feature a former medical consultant for ABC News who is an expert on memory and stress.

BERLIN, CT — As we all age, memory can become more and more of an issue.

On Tuesday, March 25, the Berlin Senior Center is hosting a special program on how folks can maintain their memory as they get older.

The program, which is for those aged 60 and over, will take place from 1 to 2 p.m. at the senior center, which is located at 33 Colonial Drive, Berlin and it is free for anyone, including non-Berlin residents.

The program is called "Memory Tips" and it will be led by Dr. Wendy Hurwitz, a graduate of Yale University School of Medicine.

She is a nationally recognized expert on stress and a former medical researcher for ABC News.
