Berlin Unveils Info For Summer Rec Camp Program
Registration for the Berlin Parks and Recreation Department's 'Summer Fun at the Creek 2023' opens on May 1.
BERLIN, CT — With about two months left of school, parents are now scrambling to figure out their children's summer itineraries.
The Berlin Parks and Recreation Department recently unveiled information regardings its summer recreation program called "Summer Fun at The Creek 2023."
It is open to Berlin youths aged 5-12 and it provides fun, educational and socially beneficial organized summer activities with their peers.

All the fun takes place at Berlin's Pistol Creek Park at 600 Spruce Brook Road.
The seven-seek program starts on June 20 and concludes in the seventh week Aug. 4, with participants able to sign up for some or all of the weeks.

The camp officially takes place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and costs $120 a week (except the first week of July, which is $105 due to the July 4 holiday).
Additional charges are applicable for care prior to the camp's start from 8 to 9 a.m. and after camp from 4 to 5 p.m.
Registration is online and ongoing, with registration deadlines being the Thursday before the next week.
According to the town, there are 80 openings available and registration begins May 1.
