Berlin's Aug. 13 Primary Vote: What You Need To Know

BERLIN, CT — Election Day is in November, but before that potentially historic day, local voters have some work to do on Aug. 13 as the ballot needs to be finalized via primaries.

Throughout Connecticut, Republicans will be deciding the GOP senatorial hopeful looking to unseat U.S. Sen. Chris Murphy, D-Conn.

In that primary race, Gerry Smith is taking on Matthew M. Corey for the right to oppose the incumbent.

On Tuesday, Aug. 13, three local polling places in Berlin will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. for the GOP primary.

Earling voting will take place at Berlin Town Hall, 240 Kensington Road, Berlin, from Aug. 5 through Aug. 11 for much of the day.
