The Berlin Senior Center, located at 33 Colonial Drive, has received a 2025 Programs of Excellence Award from the National Institute of Senior Centers.
It did so for its submission on “Inspiring Kindness and Gratitude” in the "Health and Wellness" category for its outstanding services and commitment to enriching the lives of older adults.

One of only seven centers honored nationwide, the Berlin Senior Services Department remains committed to promoting healthy aging through quality programs, social engagement, and access to essential resources.
“Our team is dedicated to creating a supportive, engaging space for older adults,” said Berlin Senior Services Director Tina Doyle.
