Fourth Annual Annual Wine and Beer Tasting Is May 12

The Berlin Lions Charities is presenting its fourth Annual Wine and Beer Tasting on May 12 at the Berlin Fairgrounds.

There will be approximately 100 Wines from local and well known vineyards and approximately 50 beers from select seasonals to specialty micro brewerys for sampling pleasure through out this fun filled evening.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for viewing with the pouring beginning at 7 p.m. and continuing until 10 p.m. Light hors devours will be served throughout the evening. Musical entertainment wll feature "Locomotion," Connecticut's Rocking Horn Band.

This event has quickly become one of the largest and most attended events of it's kind in the state. Last years event drew over 1,200 and this years event is sure to top that. 

The ticket price is $25 and can be purchased in advance at Berlin Spirits at 118 Main St. Berlin (860) 356-4877 or at Roger's Marketplace, 45 Chamberlain Hwy Kensington or through any Berlin Lion member. 

All proceeds from this event will be used to support the continued giving of Berlin Lions Charities.
