📰 News we're reading

• Firefighters put out structure fire in Rocky Hill after finding frozen hydrant (courant.com) — Berlin firefighters were part of Task Force 51 called in to cover Rocky Hill while crews battled a Sunday morning commercial structure fire on Laurel Road, complicated by a frozen hydrant. No one was inside the building, no responders were injured, and firefighters quickly found alternate hydrants to knock down the blaze and reopen nearby roads.
