
Girl Scouts of Connecticut is proud to announce that Lynne Roberts of Berlin was awarded the prestigious Girl Scouts of Connecticut Pin at the organization’s Annual Meeting on May 23.
The Girl Scouts of Connecticut pin was developed exclusively by Girl Scouts of Connecticut and is the highest award given to adults on behalf of the Council. The Girl Scouts of Connecticut Pin recognizes any registered Adult Girl Scout giving outstanding service to a Council-wide assignment, or whose service and dedication impacts the success and development of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience for Girl Scouts of Connecticut.

Lynne Roberts has been a Gold Award Committee member since 2006. She mentored several girls through the Gold Award process from the initial proposal to the final interview. She produces an awards ceremony for her Service Unit to celebrate the accomplishments of the girls to the younger girls. She provides constant encouragement and guidance, helping many girls successfully complete their projects.
