On April 19, Walter Rios, of Wilkes Barre, purchased a 10X Cash 15th Edition ticket from the Irving station in Kensington and won $10,000.

KENSINGTON, CT - A Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Kensington earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
