Matson Farm Horseback Riding Camp Open

The Matson Farm Summer Horseback Riding program in Berlin has several sessions, although all but the August session are sold out.

The camp takes place at the Matson Farm on Savage Hill Road.

"Our July session is full for this year but August still has room for more kids," said camp coordinator Julie Marino. "I have brochures and registration forms on hand. If anyone would like more information or registration forms I can mail them out directly, all I need is their address. We do not have a deadline for registration but spots are quickly filling up."

Marino said the camp is very welcoming.

"No experience with horses is needed to participate," Marino said. "We are recommending bringing a bicycle helmet if the kids have one, but if not we have plenty of helmets at the farm available for use as well."
