Ryan Preece Sets Track Record At Thompson
Berlin racer turns fastest qualifying time in track history.
Ryan Preece, 21, of Berlin broke the track record in qualifying for the Thompson Icebreaker Satrday with a time of 18.387 or 122.369 mph. That beat the old track record of 18.418 set last year.
The season-opneing Icebreaker is Sunday at the Thompson International Speedway.
