Senior Citizen Stress Topic Of Berlin Senior Center Program
Those aged 60 and over from all area towns are invited to the program, which will take place on Tuesday, June 10.
BERLIN, CT — The local senior center next week is hosting a special program that will help seniors cope with anxiety.
Called "12 Tips to Manage Anxiety," the program is being hosted by Dr. Wendy Hurwitz.
Free and open to anyone aged 60 and older, the event will take place on Tuesday, June 10, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at the Berlin Senior Center, 33 Colonial Drive, Berlin.
