Two Of The Berlin PD's Newest Cops Complete Major Milestone
They recently graduated from the police training academy, setting themselves to start training in Berlin.

BERLIN, CT — Two of Berlin's finest recently completed academy training and, now, they're almost ready to hit the streets.
The Berlin Police Department said officers Patrick Lawler and Melissa Johnson recently graduated from the 385th Session of the Connecticut Police Academy Basic Training Division.
This is a major milestone for a law enforcer, and it allows them to begin working in their respective departments.

The BPD said the duo will now begin field training with BPD Field Training Officers before patrolling the town on their own.
"Please join us in congratulating them and wishing them a long and safe career with the Berlin Police Department," wrote the BPD.
