Wireless Device Company Moving Into Former Nuchie's: Reports
The company, which sells wireless supplies and equipment, bought the former banquet hall for $525,000, multiple news outlets have reported.

BRISTOL, CT — A technology company currently based in New Britain is moving its headquarters to the former Nuchie's banquet hall in Bristol, according to reports.
Wireless Shop LLC bought the 9,425-square-foot building located at 164 Central St. for $525,000 last month, the Hartford Business Journal reported.
The company supplies independent retailers with technology products, according to its website.

"We've been around for almost 25 years," Wireless Shop CEO Raj Anthonypillai told The Bristol Press. "Our background is in the wireless business and we are a master dealer with AT&T Mobile, H20 Mobile, Lycamobile and many others MVNOs."

(MVNOS, or mobile virtual network operators, are independent wireless communication service providers, The Bristol Press said.)
George Perera, the company's operations manager, told the Hartford Business Journal that the company plans to open in Bristol by early June and will employ about 25 people.
Nuchie's owners Mike and David Pasqualicchio had operated the banquet hall — which helped families celebrate weddings, pageants, salutes to military recruits, Christmas events and more — for 45 years before selling it, The Bristol Press said.
