Animal Shelter Hosts Free, Low-Cost, Rabies Vaccine Clinic

Set for Sunday from 12 to 2 p.m., vaccines are free for Branford residents with a driver license as proof of residency. All others pay $15.

BRANFORD, CT — The Dan Cosgrove Animal Shelter is hosting its annual rabies clinic Sunday from noon to 2 p.m., at the Shelter's 749 E. Main St., location.

The low-cost or no-cost clinic is in collaboration with CareFur Veterinarians.

Branford residents don't pay a fee, but must provide proof of Branford residency with their driver license. All others pay $15. Those who'd like a three-year vaccine, bring a copy of the pet's previous rabies vaccine certificate.
