Branford Arts & Cultural Alliance Hosts Teen Drawing Workshop With Artist Edith Reynolds Jan. 19

BRANFORD, CT — The Branford Arts & Cultural Alliance is hosting a drawing class for young artists at its Main Street gallery, Jan. 19.

Artist Edith Reynolds will lead participants aged 12 to 18 through essential drawing techniques including line drawing, shading, and perspective. The hands-on workshop provides an opportunity for teens to develop foundational skills in a supportive, creative environment.

"This workshop is designed to give young artists the technical foundation they need to express their creativity," Reynolds said. "We'll work through the basics of line, value, and spatial representation in a way that's accessible and engaging."

The class, set for on Monday, Jan. 19, from 1 to 3 p.m., is limited to a small group to ensure individual attention. All drawing materials will be provided. The cost is $10 per student.
