Marc Amato, 55, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint and third-degree assault/elderly or other victim.
Jan. 5
Anthony Michael Franco, 32, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree assault with a motor vehicle, third-degree criminal mischief, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and reckless driving.
