Branford Police Arrests: Larceny, Illegal Damage to a Surveyor Mark, DUI

The following arrest information was supplied by the Branford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

David Badorek, 21, of Charnes Drive in East Haven, was charged Nov. 14 with second-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny, disorderly conduct and another separate charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 15 for the first set of charges and Nov. 26 for the second. Arresting officers: Robert Hart II and Joseph J. Harrington.

Joseph W. Beecher, 30, of New England Road in Guilford, was charged Nov. 16 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 26. Arresting officer: Marc T. Andrew.

Robert Ciprio, 77, of Main Street in Branford, was charged Nov. 14 with illegal damage to a surveyor mark. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 29. Arresting officer: Josef J. Herten.

Giovanni Cardona, 21, of Anthony Street in New Haven, was charged Nov. 14 with possession of drug paraphernalia; sale or possession with intent to sell 1 ounce of heroin, cocaine, methadone or more than 4 milligrams of LSD; possession of narcotics and illegal possession of a controlled substance. He was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 15. Arresting officer: Luigi M. Amasino.

Michelle DiLungo, 24, of Totoket Road in Northford, was charged Nov. 16 with operation of a motor vehicle under the influence. She is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 27. Arresting officer: Joseph Carangelo.

Mark Lewis Paranto, 53, of East Main Street in Branford, was charged Nov. 17 with disorderly conduct. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 26. Arresting officer: Lue Sobieraj. 

Shawn D. Pulisciano, 30, of George Street in East Haven, was charged Nov. 15 with first-degree criminal trespass. He was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 18. Arresting officer: Joseph Carangelo.

Sharon E. Rubino, 51, of Thompson Street in East Haven, was charged Nov. 17 with fifth-degree larceny. She is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 26. Arresting officer: Jay Kaufman.

David Setzer, 19, of Davis Street in New Haven, was charged Nov. 16 with creating a public disturbance. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 29. Arresting officer: Joseph J. Peterson.

Christopher C. Stearns, 22, of Ivy Street in Branford, was charged Nov. 16 with creating a public disturbance. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 29. Arresting officer: Joseph J. Peterson.

Courtney M. Worthington, 26, of Norton Street in New Haven, was charged Nov. 16 with sixth-degree larceny. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 26. Arresting officer: Marc T. Andrew.
