Branford Police Arrests: Issuing a Bad Check, Interfering with an Officer, Larceny
The following arrest information was provided by the Branford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Alicia Marie Cipollini, 43, of State Street in Guilford, was charged Nov. 20 with use and possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics and possession near a school within 1,500 feet. She is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 3. Arresting officer: Corianne Dionne.
Christi Justiniano, 37, no address listed, was charged Nov. 19 with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy. She is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 3. Arresting officer: Josef J. Herten.
Nicholas Maturo, 22, no address listed, was charged Nov. 21 with breach of peace. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 3. Arresting officer: Robert Hart II.

Leroy H. McDaniel, 56, of Painter Drive in West Haven, was charged Nov. 20 with use and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 3. Arresting officer: Corrianne Dionne.
Beth Miller, 40, listed as homeless, was charged Nov. 21 with interfering with an officer and violation of a protective order. She was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Peter Kendzierski.

Victoria Maria Pacheco, 28, of 187th Street in the Bronx, was charged Nov. 21 with first-degree larceny, illegal use of a credit card, third-degree identity theft, criminal impersonation and criminal attempt. She was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 22. Arresting officer: David J. Atkinson.
Heather A. Proce-Little, 43, of Camel Street in Hamden, was charged Nov. 19 with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy. She is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 3. Arresting officer: Josef J. Herten.
Catherine Santanello, 55, of Foxon Boulevard in East Haven, was charged Nov. 21 with issuing a bad check. She is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 3. Arresting officer: David J. Atkinson.
