Thomas John Mitchell, 38, address unknown, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order, violation of a protective order, and three counts of second-degree harassment.

Paul Robert DeFelice, 50, of no address listed, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

Jon Hunter Depalma, 23, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree larceny.
April 12
Jesus Eduardo Bravo, 19, of New Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, and disorderly conduct.
April 14
Spenser Douglas Cassella, 26, of West Haven, was charged with first-degree malicious wounding/killing an animal.
