Oct. 22

Shawn P. Hopkinson, 40, of Branford, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, possession of a controlled substance and second-degree failure to appear.

Oct. 23

Michael Douglas Camp, 33, of Northford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Robert Conroy, 51, of Wallingford, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, reckless driving and sixth-degree larceny.

Oct. 24

Christopher Remo Ghiroli, 34, of Branford, was charged with first-degree violation of a conditional release, violation of a protective order and second-degree harassment.

Oct. 25

Ronald A. Knight, 59, of Branford, was charged with second-degree threatening violence to terrorize and second-degree breach of peace.

Oct. 26

David E. Lipnickas, 42, of Hamden, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Oct. 28

Curt Michael Carbone, 58, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree threatening violence to terrorize, and second-degree breach of peace.
