BRANFORD, CT — In the past few weeks, Bar Stool boss Dave Portnoy has been hanging around the New Haven area eating pizza. Lots of pizza. He's a big fan of New Haven-style pizza, apizza or, ah-beez, "Which I always love," he said.

From Madison to Milford, he's been popping up reviewing pizza places. But he made two stops in Branford.
