State Gives Final OK For $800K Stony Creek Docks Repairs Grant

BRANFORD, CT —State Sen. Christine Cohen announced final approval for an $800,000 State Bond Commission grant for a dock repair project.

The Bond Commission approved $800,000 for the Stony Creek Docks through the Small Harbor Improvement Projects Program.

Funding for the Stony Creek Docks will aid in repairs to the wharf, boardwalk, floating docks and gangways to allow for continued safe usage for both recreation and commercial activities.

"I am thrilled to see this state investment into Branford," Cohen said.
