Homicide Under Investigation In Bridgeport: Report
BREAKING: A man was fatally shot in Bridgeport late Thursday morning. It is the second shooting in the neighborhood in the last 12 hours.
BRIDGEPORT, CT — Two shootings took place on Sixth Street within the past 12 hours, with one causing fatal injuries, reports the Connecticut Post. Police say a man in his 30s was shot in the head just before 11 a.m. Thursday morning.
Late last night at 10:45 p.m., a 26-year-old man was dropped off at Bridgeport Hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg.
Police are not sure if the two attacks are related. The Thursday shooting is being investigated as a homicide.
