Vehicles are able to pass in the median, and drivers are urged to reduce speeds. The crash originally closed all lanes for several hours. It was originally reported by state police at 1:32 p.m., and all lanes were reported open at 5:03 p.m.Police say the truck's fuel tank was breached. Image via the Connecticut State Police
