• Plainville industrial building sells for $2.7M (hartfordbusiness.com subscription) — Canton residents Steven, Raymond, and Jaclyn Roux have sold a fully leased 36,000-square-foot industrial building in Plainville for $2.7 million, according to state records. The property, bought in 2009 for $1.48 million, remains occupied by two tenants, with commercial brokers representing both sides of the deal.
