A Cheshire resident won $10,000 on a 50X ticket that was sold at Stop &amp; Shop at 275 Highland Avenue in Cheshire, according to lottery officials. The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners' full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
