Cheshire Resident Wins Big Lottery Prize

The big win came on a scratch ticket, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

CHESHIRE, CT — A Cheshire resident recently won $10,000 on a scratch ticket, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

The resident won $10,000 on a Cash Doubler scratch ticket that was sold at Southington Quick Mart LLC at 1611 Meriden Waterbury Turnpike in the Marion section of Southington, according to lottery officials.

The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
